Ancient and rare rectangular jewellery box Mary Gregory, Bohemia, 19th century, made of hand-blown crystal, artistic cobalt blue colour, hand-painted lid with milky white enamels in relief depicting a Chinese landscape with a man on horseback, two figures and flying birds, while on the sides of the box there is a decoration of flowers with details of petals. All finished with gilded bronze supports with lion’s paw feet and lion masks. Bronze lock without key. Amazing and for real collectors. Circa 1860. Approximate dimensions: 14.5 cm high, 32 cm long and 15 cm wide. Extremely rare. Mainly produced in the Hahn Gablonz glassworks and to a lesser extent by the Moser glassworks in Karlsbad.
